About Us

The Voice of the Teachers Multimedia is a network of teachers, now using multiple media platforms, for teachers, by teachers, and with teachers. Whether one is a teacher in the formal, informal or non-formal sector, all teachers-- from pre-school to graduate school, Sunday School, counselors, trainers, mothers, fathers, all who teach-- are welcome to join us.

We are primarily concerned with issues on education, teachers, learning, training, and others. We also talk about the latest trends and developments in education, issues that affect teachers and students, curriculum development, and latest trending topics on the various subjects taught in the basic curriculum, undergraduate and graduate curricula.

We try our best to share and fill in information and the needs of fellow teachers and trainers that may not be readily available in their communities.

VOTT is a community of teachers and learners who share values and beliefs, and who actively engage in learning from one another—learners from teachers, teachers from learners, and learners from learners.

We create a learning-centered environment in which teachers, trainers and educators are connected, cooperative, supportive of each other, and actively and intentionally constructing knowledge together.

We aim to share jointly the responsibility for learning and share resources and points of view, while sustaining a mutually respectful and cohesive environment, enabling all members to participate at their level of expertise and comfort.

In the end, VOTT helps its members achieve their best potentials so that they may become more effective in training, counselling, guiding and molding our country's best natural resource-- our human resources.
